Refund policy
We offer a 7-days return policy, which means you have 7 days after the delivery date to initiate a return/ exchange.
As per our policy, returns and exchanges are strictly not allowed after 7 days.
To be eligible for a return/exchange,
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Items that fail to meet these criteria will be rejected.
- Please send an email to ecommerce@gglandscape.sg if you wish to initiate a return/exchange. Returns/Exchanges must be made at the following address if your request is accepted:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items that cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as garden supplies, flowers, plants, etc), custom products (such as personalized items), shipping fees, sale items, and items purchased using a discount code.
G.G. Landscape + Construction Pte Ltd is not responsible and does not guarantee a refund for cases where:
- Flowers, plants, and preserved items were delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender.
- Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery at the address supplied by the sender.
- Decreased product quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, or a re-route requested by the sender.
- Product quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient.
Return/Exchange
We will process your return/exchange request within 3 to 5 working days after receiving it, and you will be notified if the return/exchange was approved or not.
G.G. Landscape + Construction Pte Ltd has the right to collect unsolicited items, if necessary. A replacement will be made if the item is in stock. Otherwise, a refund or credit voucher will be given to you.
All decisions by G.G. Landscape + Construction Pte Ltd is final.
